TEACHING FACILITIES
The Stratford Chefs School operates out of two of Canada’s most acclaimed restaurants:
PAZZO RISTORANTE
A favourite with locals and visitors alike, also provides teaching space for Practical Cookery classes.
Restaurant Labs
Our restaurant labs are dinners and luncheons that student chefs prepare under the guidance of our chef instructors.
Dinner takes place at The Old Prune Restaurant – weeknights at 6:30 p.m. (by reservation only).
Luncheon takes place at Pazzo (street level) – select Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30 a.m. (by reservation only).
