MARCH BREAK CAMP
The Stratford Chefs School is thrilled to announce the return of the March Break Culinary Camp for 2011! Now in its sixth year, the Camp will run March 14-18, 2011. Program information is available by clicking on the "information" link below.
This year's camp is the biggest and best yet with ten different sessions over five days, all taught by accomplished graduates of the Stratford Chefs School. The sessions for 2011 include desserts, an introduction to butchery and charcuterie, Indian food, cheesemaking, Larder (an introduction to preserves) and our ever-popular, Stratford Chefs School menus.
The March Break Culinary Camp provides high school students in grade 9-12 the chance to learn about food and cooking at the prestigious Stratford Chefs School.
