The Stratford Chefs School is thrilled to announce the return of the March Break Culinary Camp for 2010! Now in its fifth year, the Camp will run March 15-19, 2010. Program information is available by clicking on the "registration form" link below.
This year's camp is the biggest and best yet with five different sessions over five days, all taught by accomplished graduates of the Stratford Chefs School. The sessions for 2010 include desserts, an introduction to butchery and charcuterie, Indian food, breadmaking and our ever-popular, SCS menus.
The March Break Culinary Camp provides high school students in grade 9-12 the chance to learn about food and cooking at the prestigious Stratford Chefs School.
