WHAT IS THE DINNER CLUB?
As part of their training, students at the Stratford Chefs School prepare and serve restaurant-calibre meals to members of the public.
Patrons are entertained at a series of dinners and luncheons we call Restaurant Labs – these allow our students to showcase their growing skills throughout their period of study.
